VENN ORCHARD COTTAGE
Venn Orchard is a delightful single-level bungalow situated in a superb scenic countryside setting which is ideal for exploring the best of West Dorset.
The living room has spectacular views across the countryside and has four large bedrooms in the main part of the house (king ensuite, 2 x double and one twin) with a family bathroom and then there is a new annexe which has two further bedrooms.
This new addition to the bungalow is wheel chair friendly with a wet room and small kitchen area. This makes it a perfect retreat for either the more elderly grandparents or for a family with young children. There are two bedrooms, a King size bed with an en-suite (Jack and Jill) and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk above it (hence the plus 1) both with their own access for outside. The annex has a small patio area of its own with a table and comfortable chairs. The main garden has outdoor seating for 12.
There is use of the games barn with a pool table, table tennis, golf, skittles, darts and plenty of space for children to ride bikes and scooters if the weather becomes inclement.
Enjoy idyllic walks in this lovely valley with Bridport and Lyme Regis nearby.
For keeping the cottage nice and cosy in the colder months, there is a woodburner and an electric AGA cooker in the kitchen. With satellite smart cinema TV, wifi, a games cupboard and a library it is certainly well equipped for all ages of the family to enjoy.

Deposit Details:
A deposit of 25% of total booking is required at the time of the booking.
This deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Booking Balance:
Must be paid 56 days before arrival.
Cancellations:
If the booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the deposit payment per booking will be made.
Reduction & No Show:
In the event of a ‘no show’ or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
